My Amazon account is 99% SFP and as you would expect 99% of the orders I ship are via the buy shipping process within Amazon. Due to the size and weight of my product all my buy shipping labels are shipped with DPD. Recently I have been made aware of an issue that DPD are having scanning the labels that are produced via the Amazon buy shipping process. I have checked and double checked this issue is with the Amazon labels not my printer or print format. Has anyone else experienced this recently with DPD?

When creating a shipment for FBA and printing out the shipping label to attach to the box, the barcodes and text are all blurry, with the barcode lines being zig-zaggy.

I have completed all troubleshooting my end, and am finding that when I print literally any other barcode, there is no issue, it has something to do with the labels being provided by UPS.

This specifically relates to the Thermal Printer sized option. Printing on normal paper is fine. There is some kind of issue with the scaling of the labels provided for UPS.

Please note, if I do the same thing for other providers, its fine. If I print Click and Drop labels for Royal mail for FBM labels, they are clear and crisp.

Is anybody else having this issue?

Due to inaccurate scales (honest!)the labels I purchased from Amazon shipping were also inaccurate. I have sent the parcels from the post office at the right price and was advised to cancel the original labels. How do I cancel the original Shipping by Amazon labels? Thanks for your help
