How to change product_type attribute?
Can anyone tell me please how to edit the product_type attribute manually in a Product. Our alcohol products have been delisted, as apparently were not set up properly 3 years ago. Nothing has changed. Repeated requests refer to me to Policy that I need to change, but no idea HOW I can change.

From what I can see its a hidden attribute that Amazon set based on your title, bullet points and description
SS keep directing me to a help page, which tells me to download a spreadsheet to fill in, but the links don’t go to the spreadsheet and it seems impossible for us to actually change it even though they demand we do
There is a couple I fought with SS over because their product type put them into a restricted category, like my birthday card which somehow decided it was alcohol and I needed approval to list beer/wine, but as usual be prepared to go round in circles a hundred times before you get anywhere
