How to check/ generate Sales report

Can somebody explain me how to generate or just check sale for this month for example.
The way Im looking now is : business report/sales dashboard/ all marketplaces - 14 sales but if I go to CPC sales from adds its showing - 45. Is that mean that CPC sales are not included in the total sales report?
Is there any other way to check and compare organic to cpc sales?
