Hi we wish to sell our gin on Amazon but don’t understand the approval system where it asks for your personal or premises licence? We have approval to sell alcohol in the UK from HMRC customs and excise and have the necessary WOWGR and AWRS approvals and thought that was all we would require? As background our gin is made in Italy to our recipe and brought into UK bonded warehouse for us to sell.
They also ask for an “excise number” - what exactly is that? Is that our bonded warehouse excise number? Please help!

Hi so you should have WOWGR if your storing it yourself, the other you would only require if wholesaling hi the excise number you will probably now as the Seed number.
I don’t sell in this catagory so don’t have a wealth of knowledge in sector just a little but hope that helps
