How to issue a refund. Please help
Please guide me on how can I issue a full refund to a customer. Can’t find it

Locate order via search on https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/orders-v3/ref=xx_myo_dnav_xx?page=1
Look top right of page for below buttons.
[Manage invoice]…[Print packing slip]… [Refund Order]… [Request a Review]
Select ‘refund order’

If you’re looking to refund an order they’ve asked to cancel, then it’s the same as Eureka_Jack has said, except the option will be ‘cancel order’, and instead of the page navigating away, you have to scroll down to see a drop down menu that lets you select the reason.
Note, if you cancel and refund an order in this way without the customer making an order cancellation request on the order then the cancellation will count against your order defect rate.
