How to open an Amazon store

Hello
We have just completed are verification process and are now live, I would like to take advantage of creating a store for our brand but don’t seem to be able to find where to do this, our brand is enrolled in brand registry and verified, and I’ve also looked on Amazon advertising to do this. No joy
Can anyone help.
