I can't list my self-published book, please help!
I have written and printed my own book. I have registered it with the British Library and obtained a barcode and ISBN. I have set myself up as a seller and added all of the requested information. However, Amazon keep asking me for the publisher’s name. I have told them in 8 separate emails that there is no publisher but l am stuck in a frustrating loop with them and after calling customer services they advised me that the Amazon seller’s team don’t have the facility to receive calls (l presume that means they don’t have a telephone!?). All the while my book is stuck in the Drafts section and l can’t get it into my inventory do that l can sell it.

Have you put yoiur name as the publisher as you have printed it

My book is unpublished. So technically it does not have a publisher. I wrote it and printed it so you could say it is self-published. I explained this to Amazon and l put my name down as the manufacturer. What more do they want?
