I can't seem to change the end date of my Advertising

Hello,
I have recently started selling on Amazon and have done a few sponsored ads. I want to change the end date for these campaigns but it just comes up with a message saying “sorry can’t process this request”? Or it just spins around as processing for ages?

Anyone else had this issue?
