I have stopped getting orders and my listings are hidden?

I have stopped getting orders and my listings are hidden?

I normally get between 50 and 100 orders a day but suddenly they have stopped and today i got none? My listing are hidden when you search for the products where i used to have the buy box. I have contacted Amazon but they dont respond and when i used the live chat they cut me off? Any ideas what i can do to get this resolved?

I can still find your listings (obviously haven’t checked them all). You didn’t have the buy box for those i checked but you were still on the listing. If you were consistently getting the buy box but have now lost them all then it is likely due to a negative change in your account metrics.
