I signed up for an account but immediately deducted £30 and asked for verification information
I just registered my seller account, it immediately deducted my £30. Amazon suspended my account in a few minutes. After I submitted 7 verification materials, Amazon closed my account. What should I do? . ?
Can I get my deduction back or reopen my account?
I am really pitiful, I feel very helpless.

Has your account been suspended? If so - post Amazon message, as someone may be able to help.
Don’t reopen an account as duplicates are not allow without advanced authorisation from Amazon.

I doubt they have actually closed your account, I think it will be suspended until they have gone through the verification process, which can take time after you have submitted the documentation.
Immediately download to an Individual Selling Plan so no more £30 Pro fees are taken, then open a case and request a refund of the fees paid as you have presumably not sold anything.
As Eureka Jack says - do NOT attempt to open another account.

You would need to appeal the suspension in order to have your Seller Account reactivated.
During a suspension, you can only open cases with the Seller Support related to this, a refund of the subscription fee can be only requested once the account is in a good standing.
If you need some help with appealing, please post the suspension notice.
Also, if you would like to prevent being charged a monthly fee, downgrade the account into “Individual”:
