Identification Issues

Hello,

We are trying to pass the identification phase at the moment. Currently, we are selling in Amazon NA and Amazon Turkey, in case we wanted to sell on Amazon EU too, we decided to register for it. Amazon support centre told us that we need to open a new account. By that time, we created a new account but failed at the identification phase, and second, and third… Every time we try to register they keep declining us due to our bank account statement, telling us that it is invalid and must contain certain things, which the statement we have uploaded already contains. And even when I ask them “What was wrong; what did we do wrong?”, they say only “our decline of your documents doesn’t mean that your statement was wrong”. Then what am going to do? How can I guess their criteria for approving a bank statement? Now we have failed 3 identification phases and looking for a fourth!!

I fear that was wrong advice you were given - you are only allowed a second seller account if it has separate bank account, email address and sells different category of items.

Is it from an acceptable bank or PSP?

so you already have an amazon account for Turkey etc that is fully verified and up and running
when you tried to open a seller account on UK site for EU, did you register as a business or an individual ?
Is the bank statement in the EXACT same business name that you registered ?
