Incorrect Categorisation Violation. PLEASE Help!

Have received a “categorization violation warning” for three asin’s in our inventory.

However two of the asins ARE in the correct category.
So I have appealed saying that these two violations are in error.

The third ASIN I have agreed is incorrect and have changed to the correct category.

I have then supplied the requested information as requested for the above ASIN:
“-- The root cause(s) of the product category requirement violation.”
The product was incorrectly and accidentally listed under the toy, rather than the
toy’s accessory which it now is listed under.

“-- The actions you have taken to resolve the product category requirement
violation.” The category has been changed to the correct category (papetrie and
stickers).
“-- The steps you have taken to prevent the product category requirement
violation going forward.”
We wil ensure all staff are trained using the policy documents and guidance
when categorising future products to prevent miscategorisation ever occurring
again. We will also conduct a full review of our existing inventory to ensure
ALL products are listed correctly in the correct categories.

But I am still getting responses that you “do not have enough information”? So clearly this isn’t sufficient…I contacted account health phone line and explained everything all over again. She said they need to see detaled evidence that the product categorisation is in fact correct and that the violation warning is wrong for those two asin’s. Then for the asin I did agree is incorrect, I need to submit a full detailed plan of action (i.e way more than my answers to their three questions they suggested I needed to answer!). Seriously???

So can someone tell me the quickest way to limit going round-the-houses about this? Is it easier to simply accept “fault” for all three asin’s and write a lengthy plan of action for all three asin’s? (Though that would involve changing category for two asins which are in the correct category so not ideal). Otherwise, how on earth do I provide “extra evidence” that a product which we make, an ID badge, is definitely an, um, ID badge and should be in the ID badge category?
