Invoicing question

Not sure if this has been covered before, but couldn’t find anything in forums.
If a ‘business’ customer order has their customer’s address and not their own on the amazon order details i.e they are dropshipping. How can you create an invoice when you cannot actually see the true buyer’s address to put on the invoice?

You do an order report.

Orders

Order Reports

go into " Add or remove columns ", its in blue on the right hand side …

Run it, download it and you will see it there.

I doubt they actually want an invoice, it’s Amazon creating the demand because the address is registered as a " Business Customer ". The last two I had were a Young Offenders Institute and a Prison, and I can’t imagine either individual had time or opportunity to run a business, when they were too busy playing Call Of Duty in their cell … !
