Is printed paper item to be treated as 'fragile'

I’m wondering: would printed paper items normally posted in a card backed envelope by a careful non-FBA seller need to be treated as a ‘fragile item’ for clumsy FBA staff to chuck around onto corners and sides and ends?

And Is ‘fragile’ a defined term, or is it up to the seller to decide?

I sell cards and though an initial test purchase arrived in a board envelope I’ve also had customers complain they arrived in a flimsy bag so I guess it’s luck of the draw as to who picks it.
