Items not eligible for return
First time I have come across this as a buyer on Amazon …
Seller has sent me the wrong item, so I clicked the Request Return button and it says “This item is not eligible for return”. It’s a pair of reading glasses, wth?? So all I can do is give them 1/5 feedback and try and do an AZ
I really have had enough of Amazon now, both as a seller and a buyer.

I had it once before on a DVD. I believe but could be wrong that the item was listed in the wrong category, maybe for lower fees or by mistake or whatever, which possibly does not allow returns, eg hygiene stuff.
Or just a glitch.
A quick word with Customer Services should sort that for you. Don’t give up on Amazon.
