Items not listed and zero help from Amazon
Having been selling on Ebay for over 10 years with Approx 1000+ listings, i sell everyday on Ebay. In 3 weeks i have sold nothing on Amazon. Unlike Ebay, who are super helpful, there seems to be no one who will call you from Amazon. Considering they charge more, i would expect better service. Sorry rant over and if problems not sorted out soon will just cancel Amazon.

If so and you registered properly as a business account, you may not have completed verification
Are your listings active ? Have you added to listings already on amazon or created your own ?
Is it fba or fbm ? If fbm, you are not eligible for Buy Box for first 90 days

In addition, most of your main images are non-compliant and can lead to Amazon actively hiding you from search results.

Couldn’t agree more . I have accounts on both , had one with Amazon for about 8-10 years and have three on Ebay and I can honestly say where I started on Amazon I could make a living from it , now I barely get one sale a week . Ebay sales are great . But the biggest difference to me is how ebay treat its sellers . Had to contact their customer services several times over the years and they are easily reachable ( unlike Amazon ) and are fair and balanced . I even had £215 refunded after it was discovered a buyer had lied - even though they initially refunded the buyer !!! meaning that they themselves took the financial hit ! Amazon would NEVER do that !

Firstly would like to thank you all for your answers. Although i make a living on the internet, i am not so great when it comes to things like this. If i am not fully verified, how long does it take ? Tomorrow if not too busy will look at videos which have been suggested.

It would appear that i have 991 listings active. At least that is what it says next to my inventry. So although active, no one can buy them??

Amazon are terrible and if they only makeup a small amount of your sales then i would certainly consider jumping ship.

You need to sort your descriptions out, eg;
PLEASE CHOOSE COLOUR WHEN PAYING VIA PAYPAL IN MESSAGE BOX.
All sets sent registered mail, so it can be tracked.
If there is a problem with your purchase or you are not happy

As a few posters has mentioned, you only get one chance at this in your company’s lifetime.
Suggestion: Suspend or remove ALL listings until further notice.
Go read up on Amazon Seller University or Consult someone who can educate you how to sell on Amazon without playing trial and error on your actual account.
Come back in a month, as a graduate and start this again.
If you think or see this as something you will do when you get the time for it…
Then remember at least you were warned.
