I sne a parcel out with parcelforce on a 48 hour delivery, 7 days later its not turned up ad seems to be stuck in a depot their end. The customer doesnt want to cancel the order but wants compensation for late delivery. The product was on a free shipping so she hasnt paid extra for shipping. Any ideas what I need to do ?

Perhaps agree that when it is delivered you will seek compensation from ParcelForce and pass whatever you achieve on to them?
As per the compensation guidelines on Parcelforce’s website, you can claim 25% of the carriage cost for items delayed beyond the specified date for Parcelforce 48. Given that the customer is not wishing to cancel, perhaps you could offer this 25% of the carriage cost to her?
