Legal business name

by Seller_4MVQ1fvYfquhI

Could someone please tell me what to put as legal business name when I have registered as an independent self-employed and not set up a company? This of course means that the business name we will be selling under is not a legal entity.

I ask because the registration system of Amazon keeps telling me that the address on my utility bills (which is my personal name) does not match the registered business name.

Thanks in advance for help with this one.

What you calling your business?
This would be a good start so you will be your name but T/A as your business name - so on the actual form on amazon just put the name you wish to call your business you may get asked we never at first but we recently did when we changed address and just had to upload a letter (letterheaded) explaining.

Your legal identity needs to match your bank a/c name, utility bills etc, if a sole trader, then it’s your name, your seller name can be whatever you wish (trading name) which will be displayed on the listings.
