Manage Seller Fulfilled Returns
Hi all
We sold a Supplement the other day and they now want to Return it saying that they Reacted in really bad pain to this.so they want to return it do we have to take it back since they have opened the box and used some of them or not it is some thing which sells very well and it’s the first time i have had such a thing

To be honest you are better off just accepting the return and taking the hit, the hassle of trying to defend it just isnt worth it

what are the rules regarding your category…for example we sell under “grocery” and can refuse opened returns as per amazons guidelines

Is it an acknowledged or possible side effect of the supplements?
Personally I’d be more worried that something I’d sold apparently caused someone significant physical pain than whether I am required to accept returns.
