Many customer said they received an empty box which is FBA order.I don’t know weather the customer take it away or the shipment take? Does amazon will check the package when they receive the refund and return package?

When Amazon receive the package back as a return it is likely the box will be empty. Either the box was empty when it was sent or the customer will remove the item and send the box back empty.
Amazon are unlikely to do much checking on the return, they will probably just mark it as defective and you will have to pay for it to be recalled or disposed of.
If you are getting lots of customers with the same complaint then it is likely the box is empty to be honest. What type of product is it that you are selling? Did you pack the product yourself or did a 3rd party pack it?

From personal experience although this is a known scam, it is not used very often, we send out 5,000 packages a week, and only had about 6 of these last year, so if you are getting multiple complaints then as @Smiley_Guy states, then it may be a problem with your supplier, or the boxes not being particullarly secure, and the contents coming out before dispatch.

I’ve had 2 empty or missing boxes delivered to me as a customer. I suspect they were returns and contents stolen. Amazon then re-sell it to me! What gets me is that Amazon takes no responsibility in cases as such. They failed to check the returns!
We also see a hike in potential fraudulent claims post Christmas. We received about 9 FBM claims for 1st week of January…which is very unusual.
Amazon says they do keep a record of buyer’s behaviour. What they do with the data, we do not know. But seriously, there are lots of buyers who know the loopholes, there are sites to teach how to cheat!
