My listings do not show up in searches

Hi, I have product listings showing active, and my account is valid, but none of them are showing up on searches, any ides?

Are you a new seller - fully verified? Verification is 2 processes- first when they say your account is set up then secondly when they ask for all sorts of personal info to check (this second process takes up to 13 weeks). Your listings wont be live until verification is complete.

I’m having the same problem too! Set up a case with help desk and keep getting links saying follow these steps, but no steps to follow.
I’ve been trying for over a week now and not getting anywhere!
Is that t really up to 13 weeks to get a product listed? :tired_face:
