Never known this before, gonna be lots of upset customers

Hi everyone,

I have a harry potter pencil topper, 5 different styles and i have it listed 6 times.

Each character on its own and then the complete set of 5. 6 asins in total.

Now about an hour ago, dumbledore completely changed its entire description and merged into the complete set of 5 pencil toppers ( asin B09GYNJQGR ) it was not this asin an hour ago, i dont know what the asin was as its now changed.

I didnt even get a ( is this a duplicate listing ) in my inventory management.

So the price stayed the same and had 17 orders in an hour on fba for £2.90 (instead of £10.79) and of course they are all going to receive dumbledore only and be really dissapointed.

Now i know i cant do anything about the fba pending orders and will of course have to take the knock of bad feedback, and costs of all the returns.

Ive put the price up to make the sku stranded and have created areturn for the stranded dumbledores and luckilly i spotted it within an hour

But anyone ever experienced this or know how it happened ? Was it just a one off glitch maybe ?
