I’m experiencing an issue with the shipping plan screen in Amazon Seller Central and could really use some help.
I can’t remember if I selected the option that I don't need to enter an IEN number for some of my past shipments. Because of this uncertainty, my shipping plans outside the UK have been closed, and I’m currently only able to ship to Amazon within the UK. This is negatively affecting my business, and I urgently need to find a solution.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or something similar? If you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this and reopen my shipping plans for international shipments, I would greatly appreciate it.
