New Hermes/Evri site bulk upload issues

As many of you will be aware Hermes have changed name to Evri. Of course we are to expect the same great service :laughing: despite the name change.

Hermes classic site states its now closed and the new Evri site should be used. I have always linked my Hermes account with Amazon to create postage labels and confirm orders with tracking.

The New Evri site has the option for bulk upload however is not functional. The link is there but no orders,

Is anyone experiencing the same or have a solution?

It will be an issue at evri so my advice contact evri. But good luck with that as it the same reliable team as hermes wearing new polo necks (evri branded)
