New product or already on amaon
I have a product that is already being sold on amazon.
Its obviously being mass produced in china.
The barcode is also the same and packaging, but on they have listed it as another brand.
As mentioned product is exactly the same and has same barcode.
When listing, do I say it is ‘already being sold on amazon’ even though it is different ‘brand’
I just don’t want to create a problem with another seller.
Any advice will be helpful.

If someone has branded the item then you cant sell on it as yours wont be that same brand.

If the items come with a Barcode and that Barcode is definitely correct - you can always contact seller support and ask them to change the listing to the correct Brand
It seems the other seller has used black hat tactics to gain sole seller status on a listing
Is there a ‘proper’ brand for the product ?

If you input that barcode into ‘sell on amazon’ is there just the one listing that comes up, the branded one?
