So just last month I opened a sellers account and accidentally signed up for a pro-merchant seller account. After a few weeks I’ve been charged. And mind you, I have not sold anything and do not intend to do so. Anyways I downgraded my account & of course they still went ahead and charged me with £30.

I opened a case to request a refund but they still have not gotten back to me - actually the case has apparently been ‘answered’. I got no reply from them and its been a month now. I would like my money back as I’ll be closing down the account soon.

how can I contact them again, it seems as though I can open a new case.

It may be that they have not yet gotten round to answering you,they are not famed for their speed, but if the case is closed then simply re open it and repeat the request.
Explain your error in opening a Pro account, show that you have now downgraded to an Individual account [double check that you completed this before contacting SS again] and ask nicely for a refund of the £30.

same problem i think. i signed up as an individual so i was under the impression i would not be charged. then a few days later i get an invoice for £30 and then a few days later still £30 taken from my account! i cant find anyone to contact regarding this issue! so frustrating.
