Once a return is initiated how long has customer got to return?
Got a return where customer has requested return, we have granted return but then it has taken them 60 days to return item
Is there a timeframe FBM customers have to abide by when it comes to returning items? I believe on the other big marketplace they do

The return will remain on your dashboard for around 90 days but the return itself will remain ‘open’ indefinitely.
Very rare that we receive a return after 60 days but it does happen.
If it comes back and its working and in good condition just refund as normal.

Hmmm depends on if you mean legally or on Amazon lol
Legally - For change of mind returns the customer should initiate the return within 14 days of receipt and then send back within 14 days of that initiation (so a max of 28 days)
On Amazon - customer usually has 30 days to initiate the return (sometimes extended like over Xmas) but there does not seem any limit as to when they actually do the return. I have had returns after 60 days. I cant be bothered arguing with customer I just refund.
