One-day delivery; quick query, if anyone
can help.
Is there an obvious button, checkbox, or dropdown that I’m not using? I’m offering one-day delivery domestically, and obviously that means anything ordered before 2pm (tomorrow) goes special delivery and arrives Thursday; but on my offers it’s always “Want it by Friday?”.
I can see by searching the forum history that this appears to have been a sporadic thing in the past, but I’m sure in the last couple of months it was generally accurate.
So, does anybody know if there’s a fix, or is this just a vagary?

It’s just to give the customer a realistic expectation in case any delivery issues arise. However, your metrics are still measured for the “next day”, so you’ll still be penalised if it doesn’t get there in time!
