OPEN CASE? For an Amazon notification

Is anyone else getting Amazon notifications NEEDING YOUR ATTENTION in their open case area?
I have a couple in there that say they need my attention but DO NOT REPLY to this email. Neither are anything I am interested in, for example FBA, so would just like to delete the message but as they have been put in there I cannot delete them?

we’ve had three - we ignored them for ages but saw another thread on here yesterday where people have replied ‘no thank you’ to the case. We did it and they have now disappeared
