Our Buy Box rate dropped from 60% to 0%
Can someone help us with this issue?
In the beginning of this week our Buy Box rate has dropped significantly from one moment to the other.
We tried several things to try and work this issue, but without result:
- repricing our items
- adding recommended retail prices (which were not entered before, but never shown any issues)
- resolving a few claims we had to avoid bad account health (which we also do regularly)
Did anyone experienced the same issue?

I notice on one of the listings where no one has been given the buybox the price is a bit over £20 higher than is shown on the manufacturer’s website. Amazon may well be using that as a guide price. It also looks like the product was selling for £100 back in June for a short period and then jumped to £140 which could be another reason.
I’m also not sure how or whether Amazon factor in shipping times when determining the buybox. 4 weeks is quite long for delivery, but I guess that may not be the issue if you were previously getting the buybox on some listing.
