I believe this may be an Amazon glitch, we’ve experienced exactly the same, including our Buy Box rate dropping to 0%, however, when I’ve checked some of our product pages, we are winning the buy box.

I’ve spoken to seller support via Live Chat, and they’ve advised they’re not aware of any issues, however our sales seem to have been affected too, and given we’re not the only ones, my spider senses are tingling and I think there probably is an issue there. They advised me to check our reports again in 24 hours.

Same Here. Advert spend in through the roof but resulting in fewer sales… lost of sellers opened back up trying to shift stock by paying for costly adverts £££
Also there’s just no pattern… normally get a very set pattern with sales but it’s just all over the place currently

It is a common glitch but always gets corrected. Friday seems to be the most popular time for this glitch to happen then it takes until Monday for them to correct it, one day at a time.

I have just noticed that the payments dashboard in seller central as changed to a new design. In my experience of Amazon whenever they start tinkering in the background it always leads to a complete stop in sales for a few days or so.
