As a new seller who registered to sell on Amazon on or after 15th August 2016, you are subject to the Estimated Delivery date reserve.

The money you make from a sale will be held in your account for at least 7 days after the estimated delivery date of each order. Then, it will be added to your available balance and disbursed at your next scheduled settlement date (usually takes 2 weeks).

This is a permanent feature.

Here it is explained in a picture:

If you would like to contact the Seller Support either by e-mail or phone (which is only available for sellers with the professional selling plan), follow this link:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/cu/contact-us?categoryId=30002&typeId=30005

Once you are on the “Contact us” page, select the appropriate option from the menu on the left side:

If you are an Individual Seller, you will only see the e-mail case option (on the left), however you can include there your phone number for a possibility to get contacted by a phone if the representative finds this way of responding appropriate.

If you mean when will you get paid for an order that has been marked as dispatched on your seller central page [and which you have hopefully posted] then as a new seller you will have to wait for the next scheduled disbursement date which follows the 7th day after the last estimated delivery date for that order
For example
Order posted with a last EDD of 10th, add 7 days so the 17th and then wait til your next disbursement date after the 17th.
And don’t forget that it will take 3-5 days for that disbursement to hit your bank [assuming UK site].
