Problem with OTP log in

Hello everyone , Your advice or help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We are having issues with the otp log in to the point were we were locked out of our account for 24 hours on 2 different occasions. We have 2 mobiles and the authenticator app as an option but none work and we just keep getting an error message. We have 2 pcs connected to our seller account in two different locations one at home and one in the office plus a mobile connected also.

Our account is live and active , we just cant access it

Yes, same problem here. Yesterday was locked out for 5 hours, today the same. Error message asking me to wait at least 1 minute. I tried different devices, different internet, different locations with no resolution. CS unhelpful. Started working again as normal after 6 hours or so.

I had this at the weekend - unable to sign in due to OTP issues. I ended up changing my password to a totally new one (not recycling my old one!) which successfully forced OTP being sent to my phone to verify password change and then allowed me to sign in.

I tried to disable 2 factor verification in login settings but wasn't able to - so I enabled the new 'authenticator app' (I used the google app but others are available) and have since used this to sign in with as this has given an alternative OTP option when signing in.

I still can't get OTP to send to mobile but have been able to sign in using the authenticator app successfully every time.

Hope this is helpful to anyone losing sleep over this like I did.

Our team is urgently investigating issues with signing into Seller Central using the one-time password (OTP) feature and working on finding a solution.

The OTP code can take up to one minute to arrive on your device. We recommend that you wait at least a minute before you click Send OTP a second time.
