Valid tracking rate effected even by giving tracking details of Hermes
We send the tracked delivery through Hermes and add the tracking details too. But in the Account Health they did not accept it and effect the late tracking rate. Why? Is this a glitch or what? did not accept it and

Yes, that's obviously a glitch.
Nobody can see any system in it, even Amazon itself is not explaining anything and is not answering any questions, but is still calling for an online event tomorrow: see topic pinned above: "Ask Amazon am 11.02.25: Rate gültiger Sendungsverfolgungsnummern".
So: Ask Amazon!
