Problem with Registration Address UK

Hello,

I have been trying to finalize the registration of my seller account on Amazon UK now for several weeks and the process has been frustrating to say the least. Meanwhile my USA seller account has been opened without too much stress. So obviously my documents are valid and acceptable.

In the UK I am being asked dozens of times to provide a utility bill to verify my address and I have provided all the bills I have in my possession: electrical bills, gas bills, phone and internet, bank statements etc etc and the only result I get from Amazon is a cookie cutter email saying they need more information. Each time it takes them 1-2 weeks to respond with the same email so the process is extremely frustrating and time consuming.

I have a suspicion of what the problem may be because I have a business registered office address and then I have my personal address and I think they may want me to provide proof of the business address. However, they don’t state that so before I waste more time with this process I was wondering if anyone knows if the address Amazon asks proof for is the address found in:
Account info > Identity Information

or is it:

Account info > Business Address

I have tried opening a case with Amazon and they just send the same email template over and over and never answer any specific question.
