Product blocked with no explanation - cannot resolve
Hi
I have a product ‘red’ blocked and I genuinely don’t know why. There are no healt/policy violations, I’ve not received notification from Amazon and I’m stuck.
I’ve tried creating a case but all I recieve is the generic ‘click on appeal a blocked lsiting’ but that option isn’t available to me.
I don’t know what to do next so any assistance wuld be greatly appreciated. I’m brand registered if that makes a difference at all.

Is it classified as hazardous in anyway that could be the reason it’s happened to me as well on a different product

There is an ongoing technical issue at the minute regarding blocked listings, I have 3 right now, 2 displayed as blocked in inventory, but still selling, 1 blocked and offer gone, been a week already of poor support, we have a dedicated account manager and even with several escalations, nothing.
Conflicting information suggesting blocked due to poor VTR (they are all FBA so it isn’t that) also suggesting that they are dangerous products that are not permitted for sale on Amazon ( also not this as when this is the case the product page is removed - they are all still live )
It’s another bug in the system, it seems to be related to products requiring some kind of hazard warning, or signature on delivery, that group of items, as ours are all bladed products with the over 18 flag on them.

I had an issue with a word in my title that was also a brand. I mutilated the word and all went well.
