Product info not updating
HI,
I’ve finally got verified and have spent the day improving my listing’s info. After each edit, I got a submission message saying the changes would be apparent in 15mins. So I carried on updating each and several hours later and nothing has changed…
I emailed Amazon seller help but got a very generic unhelpful reply.
Is this something you have come across please? I’ve made a few attempts now and same message each time and no changes.

Sometimes you can’t easily amend details on a listing
What was originally put gets ‘stuck’ which is why its not a good idea to create a draft with the intention of updating
