Professional acoount refund
I was charged the £30 professional selling fee when my account wasn’t even ready to sell I also want informed that there was a free option, I haven’t listed nor sold anything on amazon yet they have charged me, does anyone know if there is a way to get a refund.

Yes, you need to downgrade to the individual selling plan…
Go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - Manage.
It will say pending until your next monthly fee would be due.
As long as you have sold nothing you can open a case with Seller Support - ‘Help’ (top right) and request a refund of unused fee. - it will be at their discretion, but I believe it should be refunded.
