Removing irrelevant columns when creating a listing

Hi everybody!
I created the listings and uploaded them via bulk upload. The problem is to remove irrelevant information from the listing.
For example, the system obliges me to indicate the type of shoe leather in the listing, while this has nothing to do with my product. There are other irrelevant graphs.
How can I remove it?
