Returns and shipment help

Hi all

Couple of questions if i may :slight_smile:

  1. I refunded a customer order but they did not return in the time scale given by Amazon - what is my next step?
  2. Created a shipment today and paid UPS the normal way within sellercentral, only to be asked to pay UPS again when arranging the collection?

Any help would be wonderful.

Answer to question 1 - you shouldn’t have refunded them until you got the product back. Unfortunately you don’t have any next steps except to hope they have returned it.

Only ever refund a return if you actually have that return in your hand and it matches exactly what you shipped out. OR you don’t want the goods back at all.
