Returns from warranty

Everything depends on the product category which you are selling. Electrical items such as cellphones, computers or tablets come with manufacturer’s warranty so the buyers will request a return and repair in cases anything goes wrong.

Also, if you are a FBA seller, you might see Amazon authorizing returns for orders which are several months or even years old.

I am rarely getting any return requests outside of the Amazon’s 30 days returns period. This applies for both FBM and FBA orders.
