Risk of Deactivation from 1FBM order

Hi there,
I moved most of my catalogue to FBA in the start of the year, so wasn’t doing much FBM orders at all. Only a few Fragile or Hazmat products.
Got one customer Feedback review about the size of the Easter egg. I Checked Listing it had all the correct and accurate details on it. I believe the review was in bad nature.

Now Im at 1.72% ODR because of this.
The review happened on the 24/02/23, how come it hasn’t dropped off my account health as its been passed 60 days?
Also is there anything I should do in the meantime ? Or do you just wait for further actions
Any help would be appreciated

Did you try to get it removed though as it was a review ?
By clicking the request removal button in Feedback manager and stating Feedback was a review ?

Mine is now at 3%, but because I stopped doing FBM before mine drops off in 7 days time it will get to 9%.

It’s why Many sellers either go all fba or, try and keep a healthy amount of fbm offers and sales

Sell more FBM products to lower the defect rate % not the best or the efficient way but probably a quick fix

It’s funny over the last few years I’ve sold an average of about 4-6 items per year on here. Hardly ought listed mind. When I can be bothered then stuff I’ve listed over there might get listed on Amazon as well. Tis rarely worth the effort, for example there was a games manufacturer called FASA, they went under in 2001 I think. Maybe 2002. Anyway the IP was bought by a different company and FASA products ceased to be produced. Amazon won’t let me list FASA products, bar coded or not, because they want to see proof I’ve bought them from the manufacturer or recognised distributor. Which is bonkers/typical of Amazon.
Anyway, not a single person has left me feedback since July 2019. I think that means that a single neg or neutral and I’m under review. Not a lot I can do about it sadly.

Hi @MartinMC

This is Aksh from Amazon, here to assist you with your concerns.

We understand that you have concerns regarding the calculation of Order Defect Rate on you Selling Account.

The order defect rate metric is calculated basis the date when the order was placed.

Amazon does not consider the date where buyer has raised the a-z claim or the feedback issued on a particular date.

In addition, the time-period for the order defect rate reflecting will be having a lag of more than 2 weeks.

It would not consider the current date as Amazon wants to give out some time so that the previous defects are addressed and the solutions are implemented to prevent such defects going forward.

For more clarity you can go through our help page- https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/20085170 47.

Regards,
Aksh
