RM not accepting my manifest document
Hello,
Has anyone experienced before dropping off your Royal Mail Manifest document and the paper manifest document not scanning?
Mine has been scanning fine all week and just dropped it to the post office, and they could not scan the document.
I’ve checked in my RM C&D Portal, and it looks the same as usual, very bizarre as I’ll now miss my cut-off.

Maybe an issue with either their scanner or maybe your printer
They should still take it though as its only the paper copy - it’s still on their systems

Are you using Chrome ? I had to swap to it from Firefox when my codes stopped scanning a few weeks ago for no apparent reason. I can’t see a visible difference but they now scan.

Make sure your printer/driver settings are not resizing it, this can cause an issue.
