Rover deactivated FBA stock

I have over 200 units of a single ASIN in FBA which have been deactivated by Amazon after a customer complained I tried to mislead them.
The ASIN is stamped with a manufacturing batch number which could be interpreted as an expiry date rather than production date. Expiry is 36 months after production date with 18 months usability after opening.
I added info to my FBA barcode label showing accurate manufacure & sell-by dates and stated 18M after opening (this action was previously approved by seller support).
The customer took this as an attempt to mislead over an expired product.
I have made several unsuccessful attempts at appeal following all of the advise I could find on how to format this correctly and concisely.
I accepted my labelling methods may have led to this misunderstanding - so I have taken responsibility for the complaint and outlined how I would alter my practice to avoid similar issues arising again.
I uploaded images of the item, batch code format, my packaging method and also provided very recent purchase invoices proving more-than-adequate shelf life.
There is only one UK distributor for the ASIN and no question the stock is inauthentic.

I have decided the unbelievable stress of trying to reinstate this listing is honestly not worth the hassle but I need to recover my stock urgently and have tried to get help on how to release this ASIN. The only advice I get back from Seller Support (no matter how I phrase my question) is to submit yet another appeal!

Please, please, please can someone advise how I get my stock back? Because it’s status is inactive it doesn’t show in ‘stranded’ or as being available to ‘create removal order’.

What reason has Amazon given you for the listing being blocked? What have Amazon asked you to provide to get the listing reinstated?

You kind of give the impression that the customer thought you were selling out of date products. You say the manufacturer labels the product with a batch and expiry information but you also labelled them yourself and this lead to the issue?

It also sounds like Amazon may have blocked the product due to it being inauthentic. Do you have the deactivation notice for the listing you can post on here so people can understand your issue a little better.

If Amazon are not releasing your stock they have the right to do this under their terms and conditions if a customer has complained it is not an authentic product. You will need to appeal this to get your stock back.
