Sell to UK only

Just setting up my Amazon accounts - thought it would be easy !
Would like to sell UK only - how do I do this ?

go to settings - account info - going on holidays - set all but uk to inactive

go to shipping settings and untick international shipping on all templates

Thanks - do I still have to set up al the EU countries listed ?
