Seller Support Query Open for over 1.5 Months!

We have had a Case open for over 1.5 months which initially kicked off as a listing was search suppressed and despite several attempts of deleting the listing and relisting (as advised by seller support), the listing still remains offline.

Seller Support and Feeds Teams have been contacted several times however response times on the case are now over 2-3 weeks with a “general” response which does not solve the problem.

Has anyone else experienced the same and is there any way to escalate the urgency of this matter ?
