Seller Verification Documents

Going around in circles on this one, hoping someone can help - I’ve tried emailing seller-verification-enquiry at amazon.co.uk, but they can’t give any specific help, so I’m not getting any more information other than what is sent over in the “Action required” emails.

I’ve had various messages from then telling me the documents I’m submitting are wrong. I’ve submitted various documents but none of them seem to satisfy what they want so I’ve gone with the approach of submitting one document at a time and focusing on that.

So - I submitted the latest CS01 and a letter from my accountants confirming the breakdown of my shares (contains full names and share percentages). The message back from them was as follows:

“The confirmation statement or CS01 you provided did not show the full number of shares issued for the company and the shares held by each individual shareholders.”

I mean, the CS01 is what it is. The numbers on it are right and it doesn’t have the breakdown (hence me supplying the additional letter). I genuinely do not understand what else I can send to them?

Note: this is for the “Statutes (by-laws/articles of association)” section - I have tried submitting just my incorporation docs plus articles of association, but this was also rejected asking for the shares info.

Hope someone can help before I pull my hair out

It sounds like they want a Return of Allotment of Shares (SH01). I take it you’re a limited company.

Does your last confirmation show no changes?
If it does you need to get your accountant to put in a new confirmation statement ( which can be done at any time) but include all shareholders and statement of capital.
They also will only accept last 180 days so if it does show this but is more that 180 days ago it’s not accepted.
Doesn’t take long to show on companies house then upload a signed dated copy by legal representative ( director) and hopefully that will solve it fir you.
