HFSS & Ads Issue - going around in circles

we have a small confectonery business, offering sweets. we have previously advertised sucessfully without any issue, until the HFSS change.

We have spent the last couple of months going back and forth between seller support and ad support, ad supper are saying we cant advertise and advising we speak with the catalogue team and the catologue team are saying the listings are correct and advising we go back to the ad team. we have speak the last couple of months being passed back and forth, we have had calls, live changes and messages and we aren't getting anywhere.

The last message was that HFSS listings cant be advertised but I can see lots of very similar products advertising right now. I've checked their listings and the set up is identical to ours. we have a small business badge, we have entered all the HFSS data into each listing but still we aren't able to advertise and our sales have fallen off a cliff.

Please can someone advise if they have been able to advertise or get to the bottom of the issue. we have invested heavily in setting everything up for Amazon FBA and its disappointing to see amazon being so unhelpful.

Hello @Seller_sZkPYii4zp8WL,

Thank you for posting.

I´m working on this topic with sellers in the thread Amazon misusing HFSS law.

Could you please share the ID of the latest case you have submitted?

Thank you,

Julia.

Ive been trying fo a year , even had our own amazon growth consultant who could do nothing about it.

Its killed our trade on here , sales down 76% prior to Amazon applying the regs.

Were a small business and they know it does not apply to us. Im giving up - moving to Tiktok, theyve got there act together. Its a shame but no one wants to help or know how to help.
