Selling a book from the UK to EU (Austria)

Hello, Just had a message from a prospective customer in Austria who wants to purchase a book that I have for sale. Could anyone give me a (brief) explanation of the changes since brexit ie. tax, postage cost, am I allowed to do this etc. I have a basic Amazon sellers account.

If you are on individual plan and can’t set your own postage I wouldn’t send outside UK as you have to send with all duties etc paid upfront so may (depending on the value of the book) wipe out a lot of profit
