Read onlyOur amazon store has been really quiet recently and I have just noticed that our estimated delivery dates on amazon are showing to a buyer as 9 to 10 days
We generally post if items are same day if purchased before 3pm
In the seller account under manager orders its giving a more realistic date of 5 days to deliver by
But I think we are losing sales due to it showing 10 days on amazon to a buyer?
I've got items listed with 1 day despatch and 2-3 days delivery as standard in shipping settings with an option of RM48 so dont understand why its showing as 10 days on amazon?
Any advice appreciated.
Hi @Seller_AISbb4oU4C6bK
If your basic shipping settings look correct, it's probably worth contacting Amazon Seller Support.
Take a screenshot of what you're seeing (both the 10-day customer view and your 5-day seller view). It will make it easier to explain the problem.
Thanks!
Ezra
You probably have Amazon's "wonderful" Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) switched on.
My recommendation is to switch it off and manage your own affairs the way you want to, not to suit Amazon's agenda.
